Henderson Beach Villas is a luxurious new project located in Destin, Florida, directly on the Gulf of Mexico. Each villa offers unparalleled views of the Gulf, complete with a rooftop pool, a private movie theater, and direct beach access. The rooftop pool provides one of the best views in the area, perfect for taking a refreshing dip or simply relaxing in the sun!

Upon entering, you will be captivated by the stunning decor and modern design of the villa, featuring luxurious fixtures and beautiful tilework in the bathrooms. With breathtaking views of the beach from the south-facing wall of doors, you can access the Gulf-front patio for relaxation or dining. The pocket sliding doors seamlessly blend indoor and outdoor living spaces, while the open floor plan allows for effortless flow throughout the areas. A neutral color palette beautifully complements the emerald greens and blues of the Gulf.

The first floor includes a cozy living room with comfortable seating around a TV, a formal dining area for eight, and a gourmet kitchen ideal for a chef. The kitchen is equipped with stone waterfall countertops, a Wolf four-burner stove, stainless steel appliances, a main sink, and a veggie sink, as well as bar seating for six. There is one king bedroom on this floor with its own private bathroom.

The third floor features two more bedrooms: a king bedroom and another primary king bedroom, each offering breathtaking views of the Gulf and a private bathroom. The primary king bedroom includes access to a private balcony, which connects to the rooftop pool via a spiral staircase. Great place for couples to stay

The house was great and we loved the views and ability to open up the living room to the outdoor area. Beds very comfortable and great neighbors. Parking is an issue with 12 people, the pool is not very convenient or useful but the proximity to the the beach makes up for it Overall great experience

Nice for family vacation

Great property mgt. very clean condo, location to everything great. Negatives are kitchen utensils, pans, etc need to be better. Bring your own. Pool on top floor with spiral staircase a big hassle with small children and elderly. Used only once. Elevator needs work as one of us got stuck in it. The door is pulling apart but maintenance tried fixing once. A beautiful place other than the few issues

Memorial Day week

This is such a nice condo, and we enjoyed our stay. Everything is how presented in the photos, but our pool was not full. It was about 3/4 full of water. A maintenance man told us that is how they keep it, but he didn’t offer an explanation. The rooftop deck is very nice! We enjoyed the location and proximity to the beach: only steps away! However, while we were there, we called the management company daily. They were wonderful and responded very quickly to our needs. The first call was about the elevator! It stopped working, and a couple of family members were stuck for a short time. Then the ice maker wasn’t working, and they worked on it. They brought a couple of bags of ice for us. The ice maker did begin working, but it doesn’t produce a large amount of ice each day. The elevator was worked on three times during our stay. The biggest problem was the air conditioner! The only floor that worked was the second floor and part of the third floor. They brought us portable air conditioners and box fans. The portable air conditioners were not possible in the living area because of the size of the windows. We used these for the entire week because it was not repaired during our stay. It was very miserable for everyone, but especially for the oldest and youngest members of our family. While this was a terrible problem, we were still able to enjoy our time on the beach. Thanks to the management team’s negotiations, we received a partial refund.
