Overlooking the resort's beautiful lagoon-style pool, Pelicans Perch Destin offers a comfortable place to relax while putting you close to everything Destin has to offer. Spend the morning at the beach, the afternoon floating around the resort pool, and the evening exploring Destin Harbor.

The Space

Step inside to a bright, open living space where the kitchen, dining area, and living room flow together, making it easy for everyone to spend time together.

The living room opens directly onto the private 9th-floor balcony overlooking the resort pool. It's a great spot for morning coffee, an afternoon break from the sun, or an evening cocktail while taking in the view.

The well-equipped kitchen provides everything you need for preparing meals, snacks, and drinks during your stay, with an adjoining dining area that flows naturally into the living room.

For added convenience, a washer and dryer are located inside the unit, making it easy to keep up with laundry after beach and pool days or during longer stays.

Sleeping Arrangements

Bedroom One – King Ensuite
The primary bedroom features a comfortable king bed and its own ensuite bathroom, providing a private retreat at the end of the day.

Bedroom Two – Bunk Room
The second bedroom features twin-over-twin bunk beds, making it a great space for children or additional guests.

The centerpiece of the resort is its impressive lagoon-style pool complex, complete with waterfalls, an island, additional pool areas, a children's pool, and hot tub. From Pelicans Perch Destin's 9th-floor balcony, you'll have a great view overlooking the resort pool below.

During seasonal operations, The Palms of Destin also offers shuttle service to nearby beach access, making it easy to pack your beach bag and head toward the Gulf without worrying about parking.

Guest Access

Guests have access to the condo and applicable resort amenities during their stay.

Upon arrival, guests will check in according to the resort's current registration procedures. Parking information, resort access details, wristbands, access cards, and other required information will be provided as applicable for your reservation.

Pelicans Perch Destin has recently changed property management, and we look forward to welcoming both new and returning guests.
