Centrally located around all the hotspots in Destin, this first floor unit sleeps 4 with a King Bed in master & queen sofa bed and is just steps from the pool and grilling area. Newly remodeled kitchen is equipped with everything you need plus your own washer/dryer in unit. The beautiful Emerald Coast beach is a peaceful 75 ft walk away through the popular manicured courtyard where you can enjoy limitless activities. Enjoy less crowds at the private beach access! **Note: Unit doesn't have beach view.

Beach Service – If you didn’t pre-reserve beach chairs, just stop by the beach hut In addition to chairs and umbrellas, Excel offers kayaks and paddle boards for rent, as well as an assortment of snacks and drinks. Tennis, Basketball, Pickleball, and Shuffleboard – You can check out rackets, balls, and more at the front desk at no charge! Grilling Out – In the busy months of spring and summer, many families opt to grill out rather than go out. We have eight charcoal grills available. There are several seafood markets nearby, including Blalock’s which is just a block to the west Fitness Center – in the Penthouse building! Just stop by the front desk to borrow the key. Family Activities – There’s always something fun on the itinerary at Silver Dunes: • Annual Easter Egg Hunt in the Courtyard – Easter Sunday, 9 am in the courtyard • Scavenger Hunts – Throughout the Spring – for children of all ages! Just stop by the office to pick up your scavenger hunt necessities. Once you’ve collected everything, stop back by the office to pick a surprise from the Silver Dunes treasure chest! • Movies in the Courtyard – Bring a picnic blanket, your beach chairs, and join us on Mondays at dusk throughout June and July. We show a different family-friendly movie each week. • S’mores Nights with Live Music at the Pool –Wednesday nights are awesome at Silver Dunes! Throughout June and July, the firepits will be out, s’mores roasting, and tunes playing!"
