This place is in a good location, convenient to the beach. It’s at the back of the community, so if you don’t like a longer walk, it’s a lot easier to drive. It’s hard to give an accurate review because everyone’s needs are different. If you just need a place to stay for a decent value, this will work. It was just as clean as other places, but those cleaning companies never touch blinds or high places. There’s always dust in the vents, etc, but that’s pretty standard for older places like this. The floors looked clean but they were very dirty. My kiddo had next level Walmart feet from walking around for just a few minutes, so we all just wore flip flops the whole time and it was fine. If you’re looking for extras like hairdryers or the random things the owners usually leave for use, there’s nothing. All the cabinets and drawers were completely empty, which was ok for us because we brought everything we needed. The bed was pretty comfy. My 6’2” husband and I slept on the pull out couch and our back didn’t start hurting until the last night, so definitely doable for a sleeper. If you’re looking for a heated pool, you will have to drive. The one right next to this unit was not heated. The kitchen was pretty well stocked if you do a lot of cooking. Overall, this was a decent place to stay if you don’t need a lot of amenities.
