Details
Seaside Smiles is an elegant five-bedroom, three-bathroom home located on the peninsula of Holiday Isle. This stunning retreat is encircled by emerald waters.
As you step onto the main floor, you’ll be greeted with an abundance of natural light streaming through windows that showcase the surrounding scenic views.
The living room invites you to relax with its plush seating and large 86" LG OLED smart TV. Adjacent to the living area is a fully-equipped kitchen, waterfall edge quarts countertops and plentiful cabinet space. The kitchen also includes a dining nook in addition to a formal dining table.
The home offers five generously sized bedrooms. The primary bedroom: king-size bed, a large 65" LG OLED smart TV, a private balcony, and an en-suite bathroom complete with a walk-in shower, double vanities, freestanding spa bathtub, full size crib, and a spacious walk-in closet. The second bedroom: king-size bed, a large 55" LG OLED smart TV, and a private balcony. The third bedroom is outfitted with a king-size bed & large 55" LG OLED smart TV. The fourth bedroom, located on the main floor, comes with a twin-over-full with a twin trundle bunk bed and a 55" LG OLED smart TV. A fifth bedroom, located on the first floor, comes with a day bed with a trundle that can pull up to become a king, a large 75" Samsung smart TV, and doors that open to the backyard pool area. Additionally, there is a queen sleeper sofa available for extra sleeping space.
Outside, you’ll find a large private pool. The pool area also offers captivating views of the nearby lake. The covered patio area is equipped with an outdoor shower, a ceiling fan, outdoor seating, a porch swing, and a grill, making it the ideal spot for open-air dining.

*Cancelation Policy: Cancellations received within (60) days of the Check-in date will forfeit the full payment. Cancellations between the initial booking date and 60 days before the Check-in date will result in a $250.00 cancelation processing fee.
