  • Shoreline Towers will be undergoing a complex wide waterproofing project beginning September 14th until April 23rd. This work will impact certain buildings at a time but there will be scaffolding, construction workers, and construction materials onsite during this time frame. Due to the scope of the project loud noise may be possible as well as dust. Currently, this project is not projected to impact any beach access.

I am writing to formally document the issues we experienced during our stay:Access Issues Upon ArrivalWhen we arrived at the facility, the access code provided to us did not work. This caused an immediate inconvenience and made the check-in process unnecessarily difficult.Cleanliness and Pest ConcernsUpon entering the unit, we found ants in the bathroom. The living room furniture was covered, but it was evident that the furniture had not been properly cleaned. These conditions raised serious concerns about the cleanliness and maintenance of the accommodations.Burst Pipes During the StayOn the second night of our stay, the pipes burst. We understand that this incident may have been beyond the facility's control. However, the response to the situation was inadequate.Failure to Provide Alternative AccommodationsAlthough the property consisted of three towers, no meaningful effort was made to relocate us, provide alternative accommodations, or otherwise address the disruption. We were left without an appropriate solution despite the severity of the situation.Overall, our stay was negatively affected by the access problems, unsanitary conditions, maintenance emergency, and lack of assistance from management. We are requesting a formal response explaining why alternative accommodations were not offered, as well as an appropriate refund or compensation for the significant inconvenience and disruption we experienced.
