Welcome to Sterling Sands 114, a beautifully remodeled 3-bedroom, 3-bath Gulf-front condo perfectly situated in the heart of Destin. Located on the first residential level (actually the second floor), this unit offers incredible views of the emerald waters—and best of all, no elevator required! Spacious and thoughtfully appointed, this condo comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests, making it an ideal retreat for couples or small families.
