The room I booked was not the room received. Upon addressing with frontdesk I was quickly told that through a 3rd party they don't have anything to do with it so told me to call Expedia. Was on phone for hours and hours, two days later was partially refunded and charged for the first night. The property charged me taxes and fees for 4 days when I only stayed 1. We left quickly to a different place. Don't even consider staying at this outdated, nasty , dungy , musty smelling, and not to talk about the customer service no matter where you booked the room. Don't do it. My friend and her husband stayed the same time booked through someone else and their place was worse than ours. Our room had missing paint on wall , cracked wood, no batteries in remotes, dishwashers was on and running when we arrive and kept running till we left. Just a sad excuse for a RESORT. We stayed the rest of my vacation at the Home2 from Hilton and it was perfect, staff was AMAZING, free breakfast and in walking distance to the beach. Expedia shame on you for switch and bait your hotel rooms. sea view is not partial room
