    Enjoy elevated Gulf views at SunDestin 1614, a high-floor 1-bedroom condo designed for a relaxing coastal stay. This inviting unit features a private balcony overlooking the water, a fully equipped kitchen, and an open living and dining area perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. Sleeping up to four guests, it includes a king bed and a sleeper sofa. Guests can enjoy resort amenities and direct beach access, all in a central Destin location near dining and attractions.

    Welcome to the SunDestin Beach Resort by Scenic Stays, the premier condominium in the heart of Destin situated on a private beach overlooking the Gulf of Mexico! The onsite Scenic Stays team at SunDestin looks forward to welcoming you to your next beach vacation at our 24-hour front desk. The experience of a lifetime awaits! SunDestin Beach Resort features expansive onsite amenities including a newly renovated outdoor pool, outdoor hot tub, steam room, sauna, outdoor tiki bar (open seasonally), workout facility, event/meeting space, gift shop, complimentary DVD rentals and much more!



    Upon entry to SunDestin Unit 1614, you are greeted by a fully appointed, well stocked kitchen for home cooked meals or a quick snack to take to the beach. An open dining and living room concept immediately follow, with comfortable seating for 4 guests and a relaxing sofa and armchair set after a long day at the beach and pool. Sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico and the emerald waters welcome you from the living room and spacious balcony with seating for two. Enjoy beautiful sunrises and calming sunsets directly overlooking the beach!



    Refresh every night in the comfortable king bed located in the master bedroom, while the kids relax in the queen sofa sleeper located in the living room. Enjoy the flat panel televisions located in the living room and bedroom both equipped with DVD players. DVD rentals are available in the lobby directly across from the gift shop!



    Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.



    Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.

The condo was fine but probably needs some updating. The bedroom cabinets all had an off smell so we set clothes on top instead of inside the drawers.

Weekend getaway

Spent the weekend at the Condo with my Granddaughter and my two great Grandchildren. Place was perfect with a beautiful view of the ocean. Staff super friendly. Easy check in and out. Enjoyed our stay.

Great views and easy check in

Condo was clean and as pictured. Facility is/was under construction though so pool, hot tub, and sauna were all closed. Luckily the beach is just steps away.

15th Anniversary

Everything was wonderful. The home was very clean, you can smelled the cleanliness as you walk threw the door. The scenery was beautiful. I would love to stay in this same condo again. We had gotten a text with invite of stay another night at discount price. But when we called the front desk they said it was a scam!

We had a wonderful time.

Everything was awesome. It was a wonderful time for our honeymoon. My wife wanted to find flowers for a photo shoot we had and one of your staff members her name was Weezy got on her phone and had flowers ready to go in about 15 minutes. She was Awesome. Everyone there was fantastic as well. Will be back next year for sure. I would give you guys 10 stars

Wish I would have known

We love SunDestin it would have been nice to know that it was under construction we are late risers and we woke up construction noise every morning and had to keep the doors closed durning the day due to the pounding and saws running Also the outdoor pool was closed due to construction

Good location, old amenities

Good spot to be, amazing view, details were not super clear about no hot tub for renovations. I finally found the information after scrolling all the way to the bottom of the details page after arriving. Would have been nice to know seeing as my initial search for somewhere to stay had hot tub as a need. Clean place but furniture and appliances very old and rundown.

Updating of the unit

We enjoyed our stay, however the unit could use some updates and in updating the unit the shower could be higher for tall people also the walls and ceiling in the bathroom shower area was questionable, looked like maybe mold or just something else. Also the mirrors are placed in the bathroom for short people only. The view was very nice from the unit. I know that you cannot control this but the speed limit on the main road could be reduced in speed to help all people trying to leave the condos.
