Recentemente rinnovato. Nuovo sistema AC, nuovi materassi di buona qualità (tutti), nuove tende, nuova vernice, nuova cucina, alcuni mobili nuovi, due nuovi smart TV da 55 ", una TV da 42" e altro ancora.

È possibile raggiungere a piedi la spiaggia direttamente dall'edificio, senza dover attraversare alcuna strada. Godetevi le viste spettacolari delle acque blu della Costa Smeralda per chilometri dal condominio.

beautiful place. great communication. lots of extras such as cleaning products. air conditioning worked great. view amazing. only thing I had issues with was I asked ahead of time if there was any construction and was told there was not. Two weeks before trip was told there was. It did not affect our trip at all. beach was a large slope and very hard to walk on.Absolutely wonderful stay and beautiful place. I would go back without hesitation.

The unit we stayed at was very nice. The views are great and the host communicated very well. The state of the overall property was not accurately disclosed. The property is no where near being completed and there was a lot of noice and issues with parking. I feel like we paid too much for the use of the unit given that state over the overall property and the noice

First family vacation in Destin

The front desk was very friendly and helpful at check in! The room was very clean on arrival. The host has thought of any an every thing you may need,or even want! We stayed 3 nights and 4 days the area was calm and peaceful. We loved the jungopad!!! (We looked it up but couldn't find where to get on.) The only problem we ran into was not being able to find which remote went to what TV. We had fun trying to figure it out LOL! It was an amazing stay! If we decide to return to Destin we would choose this place again!!!

Beach Front With A Great View

I traveld to Destin with my daughter and our exchange student for Spring Break. Prior to our booking we were notified that the building was under construction and there would be some noise between the hours of 8am-5pm daily. Most of the building is process of being updated (i.e. carpet, paint). The outdoor pool was under construction, which we knew about in advance and the indoor pool, although small, was warm and available. The renovations did impact our floor one day and we had to use the stairs to get to the elevators but it wasn't a big deal. The room itself is well reonovated and fully stocked with almost everything you could need. We stayed four nights and enjoyed time on the beach and some of the local restuarants. The views from the 12th floor balcaony were wonderful and we enjoyed morning and evening views, including dolphine watching! The owner was available and communicated promptly with information and answering questions. Once the renovations are complete, this location will be a great place for families to enjoy!

Gorgeous & Relaxing Getaway!

Wonderful condo with such an amazing view! We even saw dolphins swimming/playing from our balcony. Very clean and updated. Just a few steps to the beach. We loved staying here.

Perfect Beachfront Getaway!

Our stay at this beachfront condo was absolutely fantastic! The views from the condo were pristine and breathtaking, offering a perfect backdrop for a relaxing vacation. Communication with the host was excellent, especially regarding the ongoing construction nearby. We were kept well-informed, and I can honestly say it was never an issue during our stay. While we didn’t swim, we thoroughly enjoyed relaxing in the comfortable and well-appointed living area. The condo’s location was ideal, with numerous shops within walking distance, making our shopping excursions easy and enjoyable. Overall, this condo provided a perfect blend of relaxation and convenience. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful and peaceful beach getaway. We will definitely be back!

Great View

Great place, very nice and clean. Could enjoy ocean view on one side and watch planes land on the other. Couldn’t hear Hwy traffic which was great. They were doing a remodel so a bit noise but didn’t take away from the stay. I would stay here again.

Great location and nice stay.

We had a very enjoyable stay at the Sundestin property. The view of the gulf from the main bedroom and living area is amazing. The condo itself was clean and updated . There is construction going on at the facility which you have to be aware of. But the owner had informed us about that. Also the kids enjoyed the beach toys and surf boards that were at the property. The host was also very responsive Would definitely recommend the stay.
