*PLEASE NOTE: SunDestin Beach Resort is undergoing an extensive property modernization project beginning September 9th, 2024. Construction will occur from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, including weekends if required. Guest will most likely experience construction noise during these times and other inconveniences. Please be advised that our outdoor amenities will be closed until the Spring of 2025:

-Splash Pad
-Restaurant
The grill and smoking areas will be relocated during the renovation. The indoor pool and gym are available during their regular operating hours.

This timeframe coincides with the first two phases of our property renovation, and all dates are subject to change due to weather, labor, or supply chain issues. We apologize for any disruption and appreciate your understanding as we work to enhance our resort for your future enjoyment.

This amazing top-floor unit offers the best of both worlds: breathtaking city views from floor-to-ceiling windows (you might even catch a fireworks show), as well as the opportunity to spot dolphins from your private deck accessible from both the living room and master bedroom.

The unit boasts panoramic water views from every window and has been fully updated with modern amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen complete with an air fryer and instant pot. Whether you're cooking up a storm or enjoying a glass of wine while watching the sunset, you'll feel right at home in this cozy yet stylish space.

And when you're ready to retire for the night, rest easy knowing that our unit is smoke and vape-free. A $500 cleaning fee will be charged for smoking or vaping in the room or balcony.

Great stay!

The condo was in such a great location! Easy access to the beach and a corner store/market downstairs that has the main things you night need. The view from the balcony was gorgeous! Beach on one part and most of Destin on the other. We were able to see fireworks from the balcony from the Harbor. Beautiful condo and will definitely book again!

Amazing Beach Condo

I took my daughter and her friends on an extended weekend trip and we loved this condo. It was beautiful and very clean. The second bedroom fit all three girls and they loved having an attached bathroom. The primary suite had lovely ocean views. Beach towels and beach items were an unexpected find in the condo which was good because we did not pack beach towels. The host was very responsive. We would stay here again!

Great condo that is nicely updated and very clean! All the must haves and extras. Amazing ocean views and gorgeous beaches! The owner went above and beyond to make our stay perfect, even helped us with a late check out to maximize our last day at the beach! Thank you!

My family and I took a short trip to Destin and glad to have found this gem. The owner was very responsive and the condo was very clean. Located right in the center of Destin and only steps from the sand. Will return soon 😀

Awesome condo with a beautiful view

My family of 5 stayed here for a week. We were greeted with fresh cut flowers and a personalized ornament. The condo was completely modern with beautiful decor and equipped with every kitchen utensil you would ever need. The beds were big and comfy. The balcony view was breathtaking. The owner Terry checked in on us and made sure we were comfortable. Will definitely be staying again!

Best of the bunch at Sundestin

Communication and professionalism of the property manager was outstanding. One of the few units in the complex that was actually updated and had a second bedroom. Very efficient use of space. Nice views. Highly recommend relative to other units at this condo complex.

Family Vacay

We booked at SunDestin to be close to family in the same building. This condo by far was the nicest. It has been nicely updated and furnished. The host made us feel welcome with a personalized note and flowers. It had beautiful views of the gulf and the city. It is conveniently located to restaurants and family accommodations. If Destin is your destination, this is the place to relax and make memories!

Awesome Penthouse Property

The location was amazing. Located steps from one of the best beaches we have ever seen. The condo was immaculately clean, modern and had next level views. The owner was on top of any questions we had and was more than helpful. The condo felt very safe and made for a incredible beach vacation. We all hope to return someday.

Our family of five enjoyed this beautiful condo! The owners were super easy to work with and very accommodating! The condo was clean and spacious for our family. We enjoyed the quick walk to the beach, the pools, and the short drive to restaurants close by. Highly recommend this condo!
