Take in a view of the shared pool and a distant view of the Gulf from your private corner-style balcony! Bright, homey touches make this condo a great spot for families and groups looking to unwind. You'll be able to enjoy access to luxurious shared amenities during your stay, including shared pools, a fitness room, and a tennis court. But while you're relaxing in this condo, you'll have access to a private full kitchen complete with full-size appliances and a breakfast bar. A private washer/dryer will take care of everyone's swimsuits and towels. Younger guests will love the bunk beds built into the wall, arranged with an en suite bathroom so everyone can wind down in their own space. Central air conditioning will keep everyone cool and comfortable as you make plans to head to the beach.

We had a awesome time loved the pool area. Some of the staff at the front desk and bar could have been a little more friendly but overall it was nice.

Beautiful property

The room was double booked.We received text saying room was ready but front desk wouldn't let us in. It was very frustrating after traveling all day. The patio furniture was inside the living room so someone had to come and remove it and clean the toilets. The bedding was very scratchy and smelled of bleach the entire week. Thw property is beautiful and well maintainws.

The bunks did not have the TVs working like they said and the floor is getting warped in that room but other than that it was a great property and we were only in the room to sleep.

Good condo poor host

Vacasa is most unfriendly unhelpful host. Their website and app are horrible. It looks like they have monopolized most of Destin therefore can charge whatever fees they want despit how unreasonable they are. Horrible company. Will never use again.

Relaxing

Hello, we enjoyed the stay. I thought I booked a beach front, not a beach view, but we still had a good time. The room had an odd smell that we discovered was coming from the sink. We were able to run some water down the sink and it helped the smell that had overtaken the front area. Other than that, the space was nice and we enjoyed the stay.

Lies

The floor was disgusting and not even clean. The TV in the kids bottom bunk had been ripped off the wall and missing (The main reason we booked this room). There were roaches crawling all over outside. The mushroom pool was always freezing so the kids wouldn't even get in it. The diner tasted and looked like sams club frozen foods but was at least $17 a plate and the alcoholic drinks barely tasted like they had alcohol in them (oh and when mine was being made the bartender broke a glass bottle of alcohol and picked it up and didn't wipe his hands or anything before touching the fruit he put in my drink 😳). We will never be back to this resort especially this room.

Great unit for our short stay!

This unit was freshly updated from the pictures which was a welcome surprise!!! New Vinyl flooring, furniture painted a bright white, shiplap feature wall added, new decor etc. Very clean!!! The patio furniture was in great condition and very comfortable, as were the beds. Areas for improvement, but not a deal breaker for future trips: TVs - They could use some work/updating. The bottom bunk had a broken screen, the top bunk had no audio and the main living area would not connect to anything. Unfortunately, cable maintenance doesn’t work over the weekends which is no fault of the property management. Valarie, with Vacasa, was very responsive and communicative with follow up!!! Hot Water - It does not last long at all and makes the deep tub in the master impossible to use as a hot bath, but sufficient otherwise. Dryer - You have to run the dryer twice to dry any laundry. Could be a simple fix. Because we were there for such a short stay over the weekend, it wasn’t worth calling to fix. Only issue with the resort was that the spa rules are misleading… it says “Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult”. Directly followed by “Children under 12 not allowed”. These statements contradict each other. When it is 55 degrees out, it would be nice for children to be able to use the hot tub (with an adult) during certain hours and if they are respectful (no splashing, etc.). Just my opinion though. Other than that, everything was great and perfect for our family! We would definitely book this unit again!!!

Location isn’t bad

Although this condo isn’t right on the beach it’s still in a good location. Carpet could use a replacement and the microwave needs replaced but overall our stay met it’s purpose

Good Spot

This unit was clean & quiet. Not too far from the beach. Parking and entering the building was easy and safe. No wifi, but other than that I had everything I needed.
