Main Home

• When you enter the main home, you’ll step into a welcoming hallway with the full kitchen and dining room immediately to your left. The kitchen is thoughtfully stocked with full-size appliances, dishes, bakeware, pots and pans, silverware, utensils, a crockpot, flat griddle, toaster, blender, and both a traditional coffee maker and a Keurig. Extra silverware is stored above the microwave for your convenience. If you plan to cook during your stay, please bring any spices, condiments, and cooking oils you may need, as we do not provide perishable or non-perishable food items. Our breakfast bar seats 4, while the spacious dining table seats 6, all surrounded by plenty of natural light. Directly across from the kitchen, you’ll also find a convenient storage closet for your stay.

• Further down the hallway, you’ll arrive at our spacious living room, complete with an oversized sectional offering plenty of seating for everyone to relax after a fun day at the beach. Enjoy watching your favorite shows with standard cable on the large TV, surrounded by vibrant sea life artwork, including our signature piece - The Blue Octopus! Every TV in the home also features standard cable for your convenience.

•Directly past the living room is Bedroom 1: our triple bunk room with six Twin beds - perfect for kids or groups! This room features seafoam green walls and beachy vibes, plus a large TV, an open closet, and an ensuite full bathroom with a stand-up shower.

• Slightly to the right of the living room is Bedroom 2: the ultra-spacious master King suite. This large retreat features a comfortable couch, a big TV positioned in front of a full-length mirror, and a bifold closet. The ensuite full bathroom includes a stand-up shower, bright LED mirror, and his-and-hers sinks, perfect for getting ready together!

• Continuing down the hallway, you’ll find a full bathroom with a stand-up shower and his-and-hers sinks, featuring bright vanity lights - perfect for getting ready for a day of sun and sand. This bathroom is shared by Bedrooms 3 and 4.

• Bedroom 3 is a sunny King suite with a front patio entrance, a bifold closet, and a large TV - ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach.

• Bedroom 4 is another King suite, also with a front patio entrance, bifold closet, and large TV. In the hallway, you’ll find the washer and dryer, so you can keep beach towels and swimsuits fresh without ever leaving the house!



Carriage Home

• Step out of the triple bunk room in the front home and you’ll find yourself on the back outdoor patio. Before heading through the pool gate to the carriage home, take a moment to enjoy the side of the main home, which features a grill and a cozy fire pit - perfect for roasting marshmallows or enjoying a sunset drink. From there, continue through the pool gate to reach the carriage home and pool area.

• The pool deck is truly a sun-seeker’s paradise, with plenty of loungers for soaking up the rays, extra patio seating for dining or relaxing, and a second grill for all your cookout adventures. Whether you’re lounging by the pool, enjoying a meal with friends, or sharing laughs around the fire pit, this space is designed for making memories that last long after the vacation ends.

• Enter the carriage home from the side door near the pool and you’ll find a bifold mirror closet to your left, stocked with a vacuum, broom, and dustpan for your convenience. Step inside to a gorgeous full kitchen on your right and a spacious living area directly ahead, featuring a comfy sofa and love-seat - ideal for kicking back and enjoying TV with your family and friends. The kitchen includes bar seating for 8, ideal for gathering while cooking or enjoying casual meals. Just off the living room, you’ll find a full bathroom with a shower and a convenient stackable washer and dryer, making it easy to keep everything fresh during your stay.

• Just to the left of the living room you’ll find Bedroom 5: a super fun kids’ room, featuring two Twin bunk beds (four Twin beds total), a PAC-MAN game system, and a TV for all the kids’ favorite shows. The room also includes a full ensuite bathroom with a shower, plus a pack-and-play and highchair for the little ones. (Please note: this room does not have a closet.)

• The next bedroom over is Bedroom 6, featuring a cozy King bed, fun aqua blue walls, and coastal-themed comforters that make you feel right at home for your beach getaway. This room includes a closet and a large TV for relaxing after a day in the sun.

• The last bedroom to the right in the carriage home is Bedroom 7, also with a cozy King bed, fun aqua blue walls, and a beachy comforter. It includes a wardrobe rack, a stand-up mirror, and a large TV.

• Bedrooms 6 and 7 share a full bathroom with a stand-up shower, making it easy for guests in both rooms to get ready comfortably.

• The driveway accommodates up to 7 vehicles plus our optional 6-passenger golf cart rental. We offer parking for boats, trailers, or RVs at this home. There is no street parking or overnight public parking available nearby. If you plan on bringing an RV or boat trailer, there is parking for 5 vehicles at this home.



>> Tiny Travelers & Pets <<

• We are a family friendly home & include a pack and play, kids plastic dishes, cups, and silverware, a high chair, and baby stair gates for peace of mind.

• We are pet friendly and we allow up to 2 pets with a required, non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be house trained, not permitted on the furniture, and are required to be crated if left unattended. Guests bringing pets must disclose this prior to booking, as a pet fee must be paid prior to arrival. Emotional support animals are subject to pet fee, only ADA compliant service animals trained to perform a task are exempt from this. You are expected to clean up after your pet both indoors and outdoors or additional fees will be assessed.

• You’ll receive keyless entry instructions at 4PM CST on the day of your arrival for a smooth, hassle-free check-in.



The Neighborhood:

You are in the heart of Crystal Beach, and directly across from the Destin Commons with plenty of shopping, entertainment, and restaurants. The Silver Sands Outlets are within a few minutes drive East with more shopping, restaurants, and a play area for kids. There are plenty of public beach accesses close by within walking/golf cart distance.



Getting Around:

• The Blue Octopus is about 30 minutes from VPS airport (traffic permitting) and 15 minutes from popular destinations like HarborWalk Village, Baytowne Wharf, and Silver Sands Outlets. You’re also close to the Scenic Highway 30A and many Destin hotspots. We love taking the golf cart to pretty much anywhere around this area. During busy times it can be easier to take an Uber, Lyft, or taxi to avoid dealing with traffic and parking. The town is fairly easy to navigate, as most everything to do is directly off the main road through in either direction!
