*** Newly Renovated Property *** This beautiful newly renovated 3-Bedroom 3-Full baths vacation condo is located in the Terrace at Pelican Beach, part of the private Resorts of Pelican Beach condominium complex. Enjoy the amazing sunsets and even catch the fireworks from your private wrap around balcony. Every little detail is offered in this condo, fully appointed with all the basics plus many extras you do not find in a vacation rental. Perfectly sized for larger families or 2 smaller families to share. Two primary suites with ensuite bathrooms, one bedroom with oversized twin beds and a very comfortable fold out memory foam sofa sleeper in the living room. The Terrace not only has its own great amenities but shares all amenities that the Pelican Beach Resort has to offer as well. Enjoy private pristine white sandy beaches and its emerald-green water, just a 3-min walk within the resort, 3 Outdoor pools, 1 indoor pool, Café, Tiki Bar, and arcade for the children. Great location with great views. Was perfect layout for two couples. Short driving distances to many restaurants. Short walk straight to the real nice beach. I'll miss my morning walks down the beach. Instructions and communication were very clear with the rental company. Parking was easy. Would for sure stay here again.

Beautiful condo

This was our first Trip to Destin Florida. The condo was beautiful and the location was great! Anything and everything you need in the kitchen is provided. The two master bedrooms was ideal. We had a great vacation and plan on coming back next year.

Great place with views.

We picked this place as it had a great rate for 6 adults and a teen. Unit was clean and had everything we needed. Beach access was easy and the grounds overall were in nice shape. Easy shopping nearby with the grocery store just across the street. Will definitely keep this one saved in my Destin file.

Everything We Expected And More

Our unit was super clean when we arrived! Loved the beach decor! Balconies were awesome to just sit and relax! We cooked breakfast every morning. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need to cook at the unit. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The bonus was the short walk to the private beach!

Amazing Property!

What an amazing mini-break we had at this property! The check-in process was easy and as soon as we walked in the unit, we felt like we were at home. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The property also had heated pools and we could walk to the beach. Our family had a amazing time and I would highly recommend staying here when vacationing in Destin.

Beautiful condo. Wonderful security and felt safe. Walking distance to a lot of little stores and ice cream parlor. Beautifully decorated with everything you could possibly need. We really enjoyed our stay !Beach is a short walk. Pool near us was never busy like the beach.. wonderful condo. Highly recommend. Quiet and wrap around balcony was a plus.

Quick, Easy, Clean

Although the transportation and weather refused to cooperate during our short stint in Destin, the VRBO was perfect. Easy to get in and out, of both the unit and the complex. The updated interior was comfortable, clean, and better than any hotel that you’re going to get within 50 miles. If I’m ever headed to Destin, I now know two things: - Don’t count on your flights being on time or even available. - Stay at this condo!!!
