Islander Condo # 114 è una West View, Gold Unit che può ospitare fino a 6 persone. Questa unità è perfetta se vuoi stare vicino alla piscina e non vuoi combattere le scale o l'ascensore. Si trova a 50 piedi di distanza dalla piscina e il balcone passa sull'erba. Entra nel nostro paradiso tropicale situato in posizione strategica per un accesso facile e veloce alla spiaggia o alla scelta di due piscine.

La cucina è stata recentemente rinnovata, con nuovi elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile GE tra cui frigorifero a doppia porta e ghiaccio nella porta, nuovi ripiani in granito ed è completamente attrezzata con tutti gli strumenti per soddisfare le vostre esigenze di cottura. Raduna attorno al tavolo della sala da pranzo recentemente rinnovato che può ospitare 6 o rilassati nella zona giorno con nuovi mobili per guardare la Smart TV da 47 "con accesso via cavo digitale e un lettore Streaming Blue Ray. C'è un divano letto matrimoniale disponibile per gli ospiti.

La camera da letto principale ha un letto king size con letti nuovi e moderni, materassi nuovi e una TV da 28 "con un lettore Streaming Blue Ray. Il bagno ha vanità aggiornata, controsoffitti e una cabina doccia. La camera degli ospiti vanta 2 letti a slitta di dimensioni doppie con arredi moderni e una TV 24 "con videoregistratore. Il bagno per gli ospiti è stato aggiornato con una nuova vanità e controsoffitti. La pavimentazione è nuova in tutto il condominio.

Goditi il tuo patio al piano terra con vista sulla piscina e sul campo da shuffleboard.

Our only complaint is the master bedroom bed - it was so so hard and we slept really terribly on it. Our boys slept great on their beds in the other bedroom.

It did smell like smoke when we entered the condo even though there is a no smoking sign on the patio door. We didn't have any problems and would stay in this unit again.

Reviewer Comments: we have been staying at the islander about 11 years. and i was not happy about room 114. we had bugs the whole time. they looked like roaches. we went to the front desk every day to tell them and they said they would call someone to come out. they never came out to spray. someone said the bug was called something else i cant remember the name. but they were every where. on the counter tops all over the kitchen in our bathrooms. as much as we love coming here every year i just was upset having to deal with that. i did love how much sleeping space they had in the room though.

Reviewer Comments: Stayed at the ISLANDER a total of 9 times throughout the years. This time made it to where i will not be coming back. It has progressively gotten worse in the last 6 years and i wasnt able to vacation there in the last 2 years due to covid concerns and small children but this time was terrible. Dirty, dingy, falling apart, bugs, roaches, loud rude people, rude staff, overpriced, i will not be coming back and i used to love this place.

Our Condo was fully equipped and the furniture was so comfy. The condo had a great king bed in the master bedroom, an awesome huge bathroom and a huge closet. the pools, hot tubs and the grounds were well taken care of and everything about the Islander was very nice and we are planning on making it our vacation destination every time we go to Florida.

There was NOT a broom in the condo & we found a dirty plate behind the night stand in the master. The cleaning was NOT worth the $$$ you pay.

Something has to be done about loud music at grill area. for the past 3 yrs,Fri & Sat crowds take over and play music way to loud. couldn't hear ourselves talk Friday night. Please post signs under pavilion. if there is a sign about no loud music, then we have the right to call the front desk.

Great place!

We really enjoyed staying here! The pool was just steps from our back door. Parking space right on our front door. Few minutes from Destin Harbour Boardwalk. We really love the location of this apartment. Hopefully we will come back!

Other than that a very nice unit. Enjoyed my first try with very friendly and patient pickle ball group, played almost every morning from 10-12. Got to meet a lot of friendly people from Michigan, Canada,Wisconsin,Minnesota,Iowa,Indiana,and North Dakota.

This time I was displeased with the Furniture in condo 114. It was dated and ALL mattresses were in poor condition and made for an uncomfortable sleep, including the sofa bed! Very uncomfortable mattresses! Everything else was wonderful, I just wouldn't recommend that unit number. Thanks for listening!
