  • Islander Condo # 404 è una East View, Silver Unit che può ospitare fino a 6 persone. Evitare gli ascensori con facile accesso al piano terra e il parcheggio tramite le scale vicino al condominio. Entra nel nostro paradiso tropicale situato in posizione comoda per un accesso facile e veloce alla spiaggia o la scelta di due piscine.

    La cucina è stata recentemente rinnovata con elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile ed è completamente attrezzata con tutti gli strumenti per soddisfare le vostre esigenze di cucina. Raccogli intorno al tavolo della sala da pranzo che può ospitare 6 o rilassarsi nella zona giorno aggiornata per guardare il 42 "TV con lettore DVD e accesso via cavo digitale. C'è un divano letto matrimoniale disponibile per gli ospiti.

    La camera da letto principale aggiornata vanta un letto king size e una TV da 24 "con lettore DVD. Il bagno ha una vasca / doccia combo. La camera degli ospiti ha un letto king size e una TV da 24 "con una combinazione di DVD / VCR. Il bagno per gli ospiti ha una vasca / doccia combo.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A very peaceful, comfortable, and clean oceanfront experience! The condo had everything we needed! Including extra towels! The 2 chairs and umbrella included are at a first come first served basis so get out there at 8am. We were told the wristbands used to enter the condo and beach access were waterproof and we quickly learned they are not so don't go swimming with them. Overall we had a wonderful experience with the condo itself and cannot wait to go back!

Reviewer Comments: We stayed in the Islander unit 404 for 5 nights, we have stayed at the Islander 4 times overs the last several years and it is my favorite condo chain. The parking is very convenient as well as the proximity to the beach and the 2 chairs included in the condo price. This time I do have a couple of negatives to report, the beds in this unit were awful. The first night we slept in the master bed “beyond terrible” the rest of the nights we slept in the guest bed and it wasn’t a lot better. We considered sleeping on the couch. My other complaint was one of the beach guys. The first day we had one of the guys that we had seen in past visits, he is great very helpful we always give him a tip. The guy that was there the 2nd and 3rd days was not helpful at all. I went to his chair to tell him our room #, he never offered to help just said to go find an unattended set of chairs. Needless to say no tip for him.

Perfect location for us because we love Dewey Destins, Shrimp Basket, and Back Porch but still close enough for Crab Trap and Floyd’s in Ft Walton. Everything was top notch!

The staff were very friendly.Our only issue was the master bedroom was warn and there was not a ceiling fan in either bedroom or living area.The beach was beautiful and the beach service was great.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit could use a few upgrades but it didn’t bother me. I have stayed at The Islander every time I’ve been to Destin. The units are priced accordingly to their condition and I chose this one because it was the lesser of the two that were available. I will mention the area blockage in the master. I could not open the shutters fully because the bed post was in its path and the closet doors couldn’t fully open because of the nightstand. (Just a tad oversized furniture) but again, nothing that ruined the unit or stay.

Reviewer Comments: We checked into our room at 5:15, check in is suppose to be at 3, walked into room was in the room for 35 minutes ofcourse we took our sandals off when walking around the room, the floor was sticky and our feet were black, floors were obviously not cleaned, went to the front desk and made them aware of this and she told me that no one was there to clean them now and I requested Clorox and I would clean them my selves, I could not let my family of 5 run around in filth, in the master bathroom the tub head was broken and just sitting there, coffee pot lid was broken, just would sit on top, the room did have a good view but so disappointed in the overall room, would not stay there again.

You could tell it was a quick clean they did. There was dust EVERYWHERE. Please ask them not to forget to dust the blinds and things that hang on the walls! They had finger prints on them from only god knows. Other then that grossing me out it was great! The time with family after the devastation of Ida was a nice little get away from the reality waiting for us when we got back home.
