Unità 512 - Unità West Sunset View Gold

  • Il nostro condominio si trova sulla Holiday Isle ed è situato sul Golfo. È un'unità non fumatori e è dotata anche di un sistema di depurazione dell'aria UV. Questa unità dispone di due camere da letto con un letto matrimoniale nel master e 2 letti singoli nella camera degli ospiti. TV 32 ', due bagni e divano letto queen size TV 42'. Ci sono tre TV, due dei quali sono schermi HDTV e due lettori DVD. Questa unità è inoltre dotata di accesso internet wireless, ventilatori a soffitto in entrambe le camere da letto, una cucina completamente attrezzata con lavastoviglie, smaltimento, forno a microonde e ice-maker.

    Godetevi le acque cristalline, le spiagge di sabbia di zucchero e le viste al tramonto che ti faranno respirare, proprio dal nostro balcone! L'unità 512 è stata professionalmente rinnovata e riarredata. Decorato con i colori raccolti dal mare, questo bellissimo condominio vi invita calorosamente con bicchieri di mare e colori baciati dal sole. Gli arredi sono contemporanei e puliti, con splendidi e unici appuntamenti.

    Questo condominio si trova nel cuore di Destin, Florida, ma situato sulla Holiday Isle, dando ai nostri ospiti un'atmosfera più riservata. Ristoranti, golf e shopping tra molte altre cose sono a pochi minuti di distanza. Ci sono due piscine (una riscaldata), campi da tennis, una tavola di shuffle e un padiglione per la griglia a carbone di famiglia per il vostro divertimento. La Costa Smeralda è costantemente classificata tra le migliori negli Stati Uniti e per una buona ragione.

We loved the condo and location! The beach access was perfect. My only complaint was that one of the elevators was broken and the other was either very slow and or also not working. Even with this, we will definitely stay again.

Great Beach Vacation

Our condo unit was great. It met all my expectations and more for my 1st experience of staying at a condo(usually stay at hotels). Easy access to the beach and pool. Would definitely return to stay here again!

Overall Good

Overall the place was good. We had two adults and three children and felt that there was plenty of space for all of us to sleep and relax while in the unit. There are some definite improvements that could be made to the unit (e.g. carpet is very worn and stained, stovetop burners were slanted and difficult to use/cook for evenly, one of the dining table chairs was broken). The property itself was good too. Love that there were two heated pools, beach setup, and activities during the week. The linen exchange was also a nice touch given that there is no in unit washer/dryer. We were there during spring break so getting a spot on the beach was tough and the pools were very crowded but it didn’t stop us from enjoying the vacation. All in all, I would stay at this property again.

Reviewer Comments: What began as a long awaited time with friends and relatives ended abruptly when we were called home do to a death in our family. ( my stepson). As we had been there for only one week and had paid in full for four weeks. Knowing that we probably would not be compensated I was amazed that I received an email showing that $1218.14 been charged to my credit card without informing me. How unfair and unethical! It has been resolved but we are left with a bad feeling about the Islander.

We loved the beach!! Alan helped us with the beach chairs and umbrella and greeted us every day with a smile. The pool was beautiful and enjoyed the time there.

Great vacation

Property is clean, nice decorations, lots of towels, and amenities. Great location. I want to voice my opinion. The pool area doesn't have good lighting in the evening and night hours. Too dark. Not safe to walk around because of it.

Beach Trip July 2020

This was the cleanest condo I had ever stayed at. Even the deck was very clean. Overall the experience was great. We did have have an ocean view, but it was not right on the beach as this complex is not beach front. However we only had a 5 minute walk to the beach. Alex came right over and asked if we needed beach chairs and always gave us the best available, he was extremely friendly and knowledgeable of the area. The kitchen was very well stocked. Even had a set of Cuisinart knives. The only downside to the kitchen was that there was very little storage space for groceries for the 5 days we were there and the refrigerator sounded ready to die out on any given day. We were a little disappointed that we did not know about any of the activities scheduled at the complex. There was a live music night that we would have loved to attend. We took advantage of the kayak and paddleboard rentals available right on our beach. It was great fun!! Will definitely consider a return trip.
