  • Benvenuto in spiaggia!

    Gli ospiti dell'unità 203 sono accolti da un murale, dipinto dal proprietario, della nostra bellissima spiaggia. Altre opere d'arte uniche si trovano in tutta l'unità.
    Ripiani in granito, una balena sorridente e una rana interessante sono le caratteristiche della cucina.
    Lo schema di colori rosso, giallo e nero del soggiorno è drammaticamente evidenziato da un bellissimo tappeto turco. Un curioso Pellicano tiene d'occhio la stanza.

    La camera da letto luminosa e ariosa è il luogo perfetto per rilassarsi dopo un'intensa giornata in spiaggia. Nel bagno attiguo, le caricature di persone in spiaggia e la "Evoluzione di una regina della bellezza" faranno sicuramente sorridere.
    Questa unità si trova vicino all'estremità ovest dell'edificio, permettendoti di rilassarti all'ombra e goderti le splendide albe mattutine del mattino, insieme alla splendida vista sul golfo e sulla spiaggia. Le scale vicine consentono un rapido accesso alla spiaggia - a pochi passi!

    Gli ospiti di noleggio presso l'Holiday Surf and Racquet Club dispongono di un servizio in spiaggia gratuito e di una scelta di attività gratuite di Xplorie ogni giorno del loro soggiorno. Fai vela sulla Crociera dei delfini, cimentati in Deep Sea Fishing o divertiti con i brividi e gli svarioni del Big Kahunas Water Park!

Amazing hospitality, they left us a bottle of champagne and a cheesecake for our anniversary. Amazing place. Great view, very quiet and clean. Short drive to all of the good restaurants and shops in the area. We didn’t want to leave! We will be returning. Thanks again.

Loved everything about the HRSC. Was very quiet except for one family that seemed to think everyone would like their music, which we did not, nor how loud they played it. One of the maintenance guys also had to tell them that they were not allowed to drink their drinks in the pool. Other than that, it was fabulous.

Overall the stay was good! Only issue i ran into was the host was really not personable! My luck, it was the same host to check me in and out. There was no greeting, smile, thanks for staying, hello, bye, or even have a good day! The other host that where dealing with customers gave that hospitality. So hopefully this wasn't a single out for any reasons. This host, im not sure of her name but on my check out day of the 6th. She had on a white sweater and black tights. Thank you!

Beautiful views!

We loved our stay at Unpack and Unwind! The balcony had beautiful views and we even saw some dolphins. The beach chairs and umbrella were a bonus. We even extended our stay an extra day. We will be back!

Nice property. The only issue I had was kitchen pans weren’t very good, and there were no cookie sheets. Otherwise, a very nice property right on the beach. Loved the view from our room.

The condo was very clean with comfortable furnishings. The beach chair service was a great bonus. This unit on the second floor was next to the stairs just steps from the beach. It was only a short drive to restaurants and activities. The Holiday Surf and Racquet Club was very well maintained and safe. We would definitely stay at this complex and this condo again.

Run down...

Unit 203 needs serious attention. Trash in room when we entered, chunks of wall missing, mattress on sofa bed is about 2 inches thick and falls through springs when you lay on it. Jenky shower head with shotty pressure and even worse hot water supply. Weird looks like hand cut out sticker decorations in bathroom, they changed the beach chair procedure twice while we were there, the balcony screen door is really hard to open because of the disintegrating frame, the rub they describe in listing is actually filthy and matted to itself on ends, the beach and water had tons of trash washing up and hitting you in legs while in water. Because the beds both suck(bedroom one is hard and leaves you feeling bruised) we never had a good nights sleep. I have photos of everything detailed here so hit me up! Don't stay here!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The check-in process is UNPLEASANT! I have been coming to HSaR for over 20 years and checking in has become very unfriendly in the last few years. I called about 11:30am to see if our unit was ready early. The man told me that there was no way he could check to see but sometimes guests are allowed to check in after 1pm if the unit is ready. So we arrive at 1:30 to find that the office is closed until 2pm for a meeting which he neglected to tell us about. We decide to wait the 30 minutes... only staff doesn't return until 3:30 and no one answers the number we were instructed to call. Customer service seems to be the least important factor. Many other vacation management companies are willing to contact the incoming guests with a simple text or email when/if their unit becomes available earlier than 4pm. It could a win/win situation if you would do that. Guests would feel special and be excited. I am quite sure that I am not the only person "wasting time" in Destin waiting to check in. And it would alleviate the rush at 4pm when everyone is trying to check-in. I don't see any down-side to doing this. Some management companies even request the clean-up company to try to complete the units with bookings first so that they can charge the guests 1/2 a night if the unit is available and the customer check-in is before 12 noon. That is "free money" for you. the unit is ready and sitting there empty. Why not capitalize on it! Put a clause in the rental contract "Please do not call and request your unit early. IF it is ready, we will notify you and offer early check-in for an additional fee of half of a one-night fee."
