Silver Beach Towers is currently undergoing a waterproofing project to the exterior of the building, specifically on the North/city side of the buildings. This project is estimated to be completed in late summer 2025, weather permitting. As they are progressing through the project, Guests staying at Silver Beach Towers may experience temporary disruptions - including work outside of North facing windows, and restricted access to parking spaces both on the lobby level and in the garage. Guests will have full access and enjoyment of the Gulf facing balconies and all other amenities. The laundry area is just off the kitchen and features a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience.
The master bedroom has a king bed, solid wood and plush furnishings, a walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. The master bathroom features a large, tiled walk-in shower, and double vanity. The first guest bedroom has a king bed, a flat-screen TV, and access to the north balcony overlooking the greater Destin area. This guest bedroom has a private bathroom with a shower and tub combination. The second guest bedroom has a queen bed, a flat-screen TV, and access to the north balcony. Just steps from both the guest bedroom and living area is a full guest bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
Silver Beach Towers provides beach service set-ups (2 chairs, 1 umbrella) for a fee through a third party from March 1 - October 31. The first set-up for guests of this condo is available for a discounted rate of $30 per day, and additional set-ups can be reserved at $65 per day. Beach service reservations can be made once your Compass Resorts reservation is confirmed, and detailed instructions will be sent to you.
