“ホスピタリティ溢れる素晴らしいホテルでした。私は朝6時にシワに着いたのでチェックインできずにロビーに座っていたところ、7時半頃に来たスタッフが声をかけてくれて、予定よりも早くチェックインさせてくれました。その上、朝食も出してくれました。ホテルの内装はとても素晴らしく心が癒されました。また、私が乗る予定だったバスが勝手に2時間前に出発していて途方にくれていたところ、ホテルのマスターが助けてくれました。マスターがトゥクトゥクの少年に事情を話し、私をバス停まで送って新しいチケットを買えるかアラビア語でやりとりしてくれました。おかげで私は無事にカイロに戻る事ができました。シワの人々は素晴らしい。ホテルの設備に関しては田舎なので、それなりの設備です。シャワーは熱いお湯も出ます。ただ、少し水がサビ臭いです。これはシワが塩の産地だから土壌の問題だと思います。バスタオルはないので持参しなければなりません。部屋は綺麗に掃除されています。”

“Staff: are very friedly and courteous (e.g. helpful with extension to stay longer despite facing challenges with an extension booking via a hotel service provider). Also, although close to the 'city' center , very quiet. Very good pool for relax after trips through the Oasis. Challenge: Despite frigde in the room was operating but the cooling system was not working. recommendation: More offer for trips inside / outside the oasis would be of help. ”

“Bonne situation, au calme mais proche du centre. Accueil aimable, disponible pour indiquer les endroits à visiter et les choses à faire. Confort sommaire, mais pas cher, donc rapport qualité prix correct. Pas de restauration à part le petit dejeuner. ”
