“No balcony, no microwave if you wanted to heat food up you purchased elsewhere. You have the arrive at the exact time the hotel requires. I had to wait 4 hours when i just got off the plane. The room they stored my luggage in had bugs because when i retrieved my bags and was allowed in my room they were crawling all on my belongings. With no notice they take a photo of your face and you have to scan your face to do anything there, the restaurant, the pool,the elevator your room its annoying...

“The staff was outstanding and very helpful. The photos and facilities were excellent. The location was wonderful and the food at the restaurant was the best we had in Manuas.”

“Mi è piaciuto molto, la mia camera era molto grande e molto pulita, i prezzi delle cose in frigobar erano eccessiva, e uno dei ragazzi che preparava la colazione era un tipo pigro che non vedeva l'ora di andare a casa, ma l'altro il più giovani era molto bravo e cucinava da favola quando c'era lui mangiavo di più, la colazione era a buffet molto ma molto ricca e variada”

“Unsafe Hygiene - We stayed twice a week apart. Room 2 on the 2nd floor was OK, albeit the ceiling leaked and the toilet is dated. The second stay we had to stay on the ground floor; it’s basically unusable. We found rat feces in the bed, replacement room had windows that won’t close, open air bathroom to street, room full of mosquitos, mold on walls, flood damaged flooring. We left (along with gentleman in room next door). Still waiting on the refund. Property has potential but needs $100K in...

“This was an all inclusive, food very good. Staff very friendly. They have excursions you can book in the hotel which made things easy. Very central. There is a language barrier if you do not speak Spanish so just make sure you have a translator app on your phone.”
