We were visiting from the US and he went above and beyond prior to our arrival answering questions, providing recommendations about things to do/places to eat in the area, and even helped us figure out how to navigate contacting the local town councils in the area, which we needed to do for some family history research. Men det betyder inte att hotellet är mer än ok utan att det finns människor i servicebranschen som bryr sig och som ser vad andra människor behöver :)”
