“We had an amazing time at the resort which was amazing. The staff were helpful and accommodating. The shops at the lower level and ferry on site to Flamingo Island was a big plus for us. Thanks again for a perfect holiday. FYI: If you’re renting a car there isn’t any parking at the adult property. You would need to park in the family ocean property and walk or shuttle to your rental.”

“Property was relatively clean. 3rd time here & sadly I have to say the beach is not as clean as it was our first time. We were in the Palm tower overlooking the parking lot & asked to be moved to the courtyard or pool view. Spoke to the manager & she did not move us. For the cost of our stay I was very disappointed. Staff is very courteous especially Renaldo. Rooms very clean & housekeeping did a great job. Would return.”

“The resort is composed by different buildings and some of them are quite old and not well maintained. After asking the reception to have a room change, as ours was terrible to be honest, we were relocated to another more modern building and the whole experience changed significantly. The receptionist was really really great. Nevertheless, the housekeeping needs a significant improvement and the food was average and non memorable. All in all, the experience was okay.
