“From arrival to departure everything was great about our stay at the Marriott Resort and Stellaris Casino. Our room was ready by the time we got there it was a great view to the pool. Air conditioner was quiet and kept us cool. The on-site restaurant Marakat had great breakfast and dinner. The palapa reservation system worked well for the most part and the staff was able to accommodate us to a better space. Having the led exterior screen to watch the World Cup matches was amazing. “Work was being performed while we there leaving paint chips all over the balcony that were never cleaned up even after we complained. Our maid forgot to leave us towels after cleaning the room…call the desk 3 times and ended up waiting an hour for towels. One of the restaurants was closed and the steakhouse has limited seating so if you don’t get there when they open…you’re not getting in. Otherwise…it’s a nice hotel.
