“O hotel é bom. Bem localizado. Estrutura boa. Boa limpeza. O rapaz que fica no café da manha foi a melhor pessoa que ja nos atendeu em todos os 80 paises que ja fomos. Espetacular. Na ultima noite(domingo dia 30) ele estava no restaurante tambem. Unica coisa ruim do hotel. Chegamos cedo em Baku, e queriam jos cobrar praticamente uma diaria pra entrar antes no quarto. E nao tinha ngm nele...pois mesmo sem sair ngm...as 12 nos deixaram entrar. Pensem mais nos turistas. ”

“Nothing as described on your website . Not a deluxe room No microwave or tea coffee maker as advertised The accommodation was actually closed for refurbishment and we were the only people in the building . No bath as advertised. No nice view of the city. TV worked by internet so it buffered all the time until it went off about 9 pm and needed a code to use it which tbe one man there did not know . Only managed to stay one night despite booking for three. Airport Shuttle did not exist...

“Fawlty Towers is centrally located within easy walking distance of the downtown pedestrian streets and waterfront promenade, but the surrounding neighborhood is a bit sketchy. The surrounding 2 blocks are rather dingy and full of dive bars. The hotel and room are clean. There was air conditioning (a big plus in Baku's heat). The free breakfast is very generous. The staff is nice and very helpful (but occasionally they have someone working who only speaks Azerbaijani and not English or Russian)....

“The rating for this property on expedia is simply fake. Most probably resulting of Bangladeshi click farms, and bad expedia compliance. The pictures on the site do not do justice to the state of the facilities. Our room had 3 small windows but curtains for only 2. Safe did not open and worked erratically once taken care of by hotel staff. Safe is not attached to anything so you can pick it up and walk away with it. Breakfast was included but never delivered even if requested. When calling...
