“Lovely homestay with such attention to detail in property. Good Sri Lankan breakfast. Quiet area except for some railway noise but not a problem for us. Half hour walk to fort( plenty of tuk-tuks if you want) Helpful & friendly host.”

“Si trova sull'unica rumorosa grande strada, a parte l'autostrada appena costruita, di collegamento Nord/Sud. Arrivando, la parte di hotel che si vede è il retro. Una struttura massiccia e piuttosto "inquietante", che sembra più un ospedale che un albergo di lusso. “The pool and beach setting were incredible, the room was spacious and had nice amenitys, the beds were comfy and balconys had a stunning view. We upgraded to half board when we arrived, breakfast had lots of options, dinner was always really high quality food, however the amount offered did seem to depend on how many people were in the hotel at the time. ”

“We had a great 4 night stay at Ahu Bay. It was nice that Nilanga messaged ahead to discuss arrival time. Having a room right on the beach was a real treat and the private pool was kept spotless by the team. The team couldn’t do more for us during our stay, making adjustments to cocktails to suit ours tastes. We ate at hotel twice and both times really enjoyed the dishes we tried, it’s clear there’s a talented chef in the kitchen! ”
