“Nice hotel with a beautiful view of the lake. However, there were several issues: - The address provided was incorrect and led us about 2 km away from the actual location. The new address corresponded to a different hotel name on Hotels.com, which was confusing. - There was no heating: it was out of order, and we also had no hot water. - The room itself was nice, but very cold. “Communication with Lavdie was excellent.The apartment is located less than a 5 minute walk from the lakefront, 10 mins from numerous good restaurants, and 20 minutes from the town centre. The apartment has been recently modernised and was perfectly clean. It is stylishly decorated, well equipped and very comfortable. Accessibility is excellent.There are many activities available in Pogradec and we enjoyed our stay very much.Overall Ladvie's apartment fully merits 5 stars at least.”
