“Our stay at Mövenpick Bintan was an absolute delight, striking the ideal balance between pure relaxation for parents and endless entertainment for kids.”

“This is not your typical sterile resort hotel, the same the world over, perfectly serviceable, but with no soul. Banyan Tree Bintan charmed us into loving the place. Yes, the drains may have been a little smelly at times, the doors didn't fit properly and our villa could have done with a refresh, but the privacy, the attention of the staff and the food were all exceptional. It felt like we were properly in Indonesia even though we were less than an hour ferry ride from Singapore. Our villa had...

“Free ferry pick up and drop off are well organized. Staff is always friendly. The breakfast is amazing with all kinds of ethic options”

“Enjoy our stay here. The staff’s hospitality is top notch. Keeping in touch with you on all your needs, they can arrange. You don’t really need to leave the hotel area as you can enjoy most of your time in it. The spa is really good! Hands down one of our fav.”

“Location: only 5minutes from ferry terminal Resort: Staff super friendly and helpful. Like the vibe on the resort and I feel very relax staying here. Restaurant: food is nice and the waitress also very friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back again!”

Cibo ottimo. Consigliatissimo”

“A truly amazing experience from beginning to end. A stunning beach front resort with five star treatment. The staff went above and beyond to make this the perfect holiday. Would recommend to anyone who is tempted to book!”

“Ottima accoglienza al check-in, personale tutto molto disponibile.

Personale molto attento e cordiale.”

“Amazing villas over the sea, must visit”

“Très agréable”

“Staff was helpful, sometimes information provided was not accurate. The spa was terrible. It was a 1 1/2 hr spa, The massage ladyfies did not seem to have any spa skills. The actual duration was much less than 1 1/2 hrs. The breakfast was good. The flooring all over the place was not even but bumpy. The room flooring seemed to be a slope towards the window.”

“The rooms were beautiful and modern in an outdoor setting. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful and accommodating. Both our early arrival and our late departure were no issue. Messages were answered promptly on WhatsApp, and ferry terminal pick up/drop off were seamless. Location was excellent - within walking distance of the beach, Lagoi Plaza and Lost in Scale Park and just a short drive to the ferry terminal. The in-room breakfast was also delicious! Lunch at the restaurant was...

“It was great! Looks like paradise! Alla the staff was nice and pleasant, they made us fell at home… they pay attention to all the needs of people on vacation… our stay was awesome, in front of the sea with beach loungers and hammock… quiet place perfect to rest… great quality of food, different kind of cuisine… awesome also the spa with their massage service… nothing bad to declare, I would suggest it to people looking for a quiet place ”
