“The hotel and it's environment are excellent. Great place to stay and top class conference facilities. Breakfast was good. However, they need to improve on coffee quality”

“Outdated and in need of a facelift; Calling this a resort is a big stretch with it's limited dining, no onsite store, old pool, etc. The rooms look fine, but nothing works well: many lights burned out, tub doesn't drain, A/C works infrequently,Extremely Limited Room Service, and safe is permanently locked by some past guest (staff could not even unlock it). The front desk tried to be helpful, and that is its strong point”

“The overall experience was pleasant. I was just a little disappointed that the rooms are not modern enough and had no usb charging ports. The electricity sockets are square instead of using the universal round. Also has to choose between having the fridge on or using the electric kettle.”

“The property was clean, but substandard in most areas. The welcome on arrival was pretty much non existent and we were told our confirmed Expedia booking didnt exist. The room was very small and the shower more so. There was 1 towel for 2 of us, though another was delivered on request. The aircon, which was essential leaked water when switched on. We put down a towel to catch the drips, but by morning the curtains (which incidently couldn't be opened) were drenched as was the towel we placed...
