“Really enjoyed our stay here. It was such a characterful hotel and our room was gorgeous with beautiful views over the Chobe river from the balcony. The game drives and river cruise were really good and a reasonable price. I would say, the service was very up and down, sometimes outstanding, at other times quite cold and disorganised. “All'arrivo mi danno una camera con 1 letto da 140 cm e avevo chiesto 2 letti singoli!!! poi finalmente cambiano con quella giusta, confortevole e pulita! ottima doccia con abbondante acqua calda; zona ristorante piuttosto squallida con poca atmosfera e poca luce però si mangia bene; a colazione volevano il pagamento anche se era compreso nella tariffa già pagata! reception essenziale.”

The guide was very useful and gave us many explanations and comments. The dinner was superb, congrats to the chef! Good breakfast. Staff very available and kind.
