“We come from the UK to visit family in Bac Lieu and we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious and well equipped. The staff were friendly and the laundry service was very reasonably priced and convenient. Just to note that there is no elevator- this wasn't a problem for us but it is useful to know, although the reception staff did help to carry our heavy cases up the stairs. We would definitely like to stay again next time we come to see our Bac Lieu family.”

“I cannot recommend this hotel. We booked our stay three months in advance and paid a non-refundable rate. When we arrived, the staff told us they had no record of our reservation. We showed them our booking confirmation and payment receipt, but they said they didn't know anything about it. After a long discussion, they only allowed us to stay for two nights instead of the three nights we had booked. They refunded one night, but by then every other hotel in the area was fully booked, so we had...

Vandland og Swimmingpool var der ikke på Hotellet men på den anden side af vejen hvis man indløser billet. Ingen Strand men Vadehav med tidevand. God service, høflig personale, ”

“Ordered 2 nights at Ruby Hotel when I arrived I told them my booking number and that I booked through Hotels.com app. They said that they do not have any collaboration with hotels.com. I then showed them confirmation mail and even contacted hotels.com customer service and informed them of my situation. I ended up paying twice for 1 day and received no refund nor help from hotels.com. Bad experience ”
