“We reached hotel around 11 pm as our flights were delayed. There was no staff to check in. There was no communication around late check in. Called phone and nobody picked up after staying on hold for more than 15 minutes .”

“Late arrival was managed by the desk with no issue (even though they do not have 24h desk). Problem with payment - selected pay at the desk option - but the hotel took money directly from the deposit credit card (issues with reimbursement). All in all the hotel met the expectations. Room was on the river side. A bit noisy, but good view and fresh during summer.”
