“Schönes Zelt mitten im Regenwald. Die Anfahrt war allerdings etwas anstrengend. Deshalb sind wir auch beide Tage dort geblieben und haben vor Ort Wanderungen gemacht oder waren am Pool. Der ist klein, aber sehr hübsch angelegt. Frühstück und Abendessen waren sehr gut. Wifi nur im Hauptgebäude. ”

“La Terraza was an absolute delight. The staff and owners couldn’t have been more friendly, more helpful, more accommodating. We stayed in the El Rio apartment. A bit more expensive than a regular room but, OMG, so worth it!! Its large, has a beautiful view from the terrace, full kitchen, beautifully decorated. “We stayed here during a family vacation and were blown away by this beautiful property that’s located in Bajos del Toro, a truly spectacular location in central Costa Rica. William, the owner happened to be there during our visit and both he and Viktor, his business partner, were welcoming and helpful - truly lovely people. The beds were comfortable, the property was clean and well-equipped, and my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed drinking our coffee on the back porch overlooking the waterfall....

“Outstanding experience. We arrived in San Jose and wanted to catch our breath before our 3 hour drive the next day. Chayote Lodge was exceptional. Great view, very nice restaurant on property, comfortable beds and great sheets. Chayote, the canine greeter, is delightful. Lovely!”
