“Cool industrial looking hotel near a large shopping mall. Convenient and spacious. Rooms are comfortable but bathrooms are a bit crammed in the standard room class. Good food menu offered and nice cocktail list. This is a business hotel with a cool vibe. The mall is big and fancy with coffee shops, restaurants, supermarket and many shops.”

“It was expensive and the staff would not leave me alone. I closed my door to take a nap after a 38 hour flight and I received two phone calls and two separate times someone knocked on my door and then just walked in. Everywhere I went in the hotel staff were looking for a tip. I understand everyone needs to make a living but it was awful, invasive, and unprofessional. My luggage was delayed and they charged me to go to the airport and pick it up. There are much better places to stay in Lusaka”
