“L’Hotel nel complesso è ottimo, in particolare per chi ha l’intenzione di recarsi all’Europa Park. Infatti quest’ultimo si può raggiungere a piedi in pochi minuti. Ha un parcheggio al coperto ad un costo ragionevole. Vicino c’è il Lidl ed un altro supermercato.”

“Un soggiorno valido per visitare l'Europa Park, ma con un paio di inefficiencze. La struttura rappresenta una buona base di appoggio, tuttavia la gestione del servizio in camera è risultata discontinua. Il primo giorno, nonostante la nostra chiara richiesta, la stanza non è stata pulita, un disservizio che è stato sistemato solo la giornata successiva. Per quanto riguarda la logistica, il parcheggio dell'hotel ha un costo di 8 euro al giorno, ma è possibile lasciare comodamente l'auto gratis...

“Nice rooms and perfect location to visit Europa Park. During our stay, elevator was not working due to maintenance works. No service in the rooms despite 3 nights stay and expressed request”

“Very unique reception area, our boys loved the dinosaur skeleton. Room was well equipped, and the window into the bathroom was an interesting touch. The pool wasn't the biggest, but we only used it on the day of our arrival as we were at Rulantica for a couple of days. The waterpark was literally just across the balcony from us which was super convenient. It was really annoying being charged for the baby cot and that wasn't made clear to us ahead of arrival and we have cancelled other hotel...
