“Schock bei der Anreise. Habe ich noch nie erlebt & darf nicht passieren! Toilette war bei Ankunft nicht gereinigt. Personal an der Rezeption nett und bemüht. Jedoch gab es nur ein verfügbares Zimmer zum Wechsel, welches sich auch als nicht gereinigt und bezugsfertig herausstellte. Housekeeping am späten Nachmittag natürlich nicht mehr im Haus... Handtücher auch teils fleckig. Wir haben eine Entschädigung (Abendbuffett) erhalten, aber trotzdem ist natürlich die Erholung und die Urlaubsfreude...

“Il personale è stato accogliente e gentile. La stanza comoda e pulita. Colazione ottima, molta scelta e dolci fatti in casa, semplicemente squisita. Unica pecca, ho trovato la stanza fredda. Ho acceso il riscaldamento appena arrivato, ma essendo tardi non era possibile riscaldare la stanza a tempi brevi.”

“La receptionist che mi ha "accolto" é stata proprio rude e scortese, ha fatto finta di non avere la mia prenotazione e mi ha intimato a andarmene. Il tutto si é salvato perché la governante é intervenuta dicendomi che c'era comunque posto per me e mi ha fatto lei il check in. Quella della reception nemmeno mi ha guardato in faccia, mi ha tirato poi la chiave e basta.. nessuna ulteriore informazione.. pessimo! ”

Das einzige was uns aufgefallen war ist, das eine Whirlpoolbadewanne aufgezählt ist und auch in den Bidern zu sehen war, die aber gar nicht mehr vorhanden war. Lt. Vermieter wurde sie mal ausgetauscht weil ständig kaputt wegen Sand, welcher in die Düsen kam. Kann ich verstehen aber uns wurde was versprochen was letztelich nicht da war und wofür eigentlich bezahlt hatten.
