“Rooms were nice and clean. Beds were comfy”

“Nice”

“Even though it was the middle of Hay season on a working, well kept, dairy farm, the host was responsive to the last-minute addition of a guest on 24hours notice. Due to the high demand for accommodations and need for a fast turnover this time of year some small items, like hand soap, shampoo, were not at levels you might expect but there was an abundance of clean towels. The microwave, fancy Keurig, and 4 slice toaster were in good working order, the refrigerator was clean and adequate for our...

“We need to visit this area several times a year. It's close to Cooperstown an easy drive along the lake with a price that is reasonable. Rooms are recently renovated and well maintained. Staff and owners are easy to communicate with. The information needed for check in, stay and departure were easily laid out. If you need a place to stay while having business to do in the Cooperstown area, I highly recommend KC's and best of all your pet is welcome.”

“My husband and I had a great stay! It was very clean and communication was very easy with the hosts. The small fridge in the room was wonderful!”

“House was wonderful. The owner Kim was easy to get in touch with. Although we didn't get to spend much time during the day, it was a great place to sleep. We were here for our grandsons baseball tournament. Next time we will rent for a vacation!”

“We had a wonderful week. The views of the lake and the colorful garden were both highlights. The house was comfortable and lovely.”

“The staff is awesome. Super accommodating. The Inn is an older building with many quirks but charming for the right traveler.”

“Sweet, clean, picturesque little motel.”

“I loved my room at this motel. I was able to park close to my door. The room was large, comfortable, very clean, and smelled fresh. I enjoyed the lake view. It is about a 10 minute drive to Cooperstown. And a 3 minute drive to an excellent brunch restaurant called Local Affairs. Although I did not utilize it, the arcade room was very cool. For budget travelers, this motel is exceptional.”

“Hotel non nuovo ma comodo da raggiungere e con tutto ciò che può servire. Personale molto gentile.”

“Price quoted was not the price owner tried to charged. Coffeemaker provided with no coffee or filters, no cups. Towels were forgotten to be put in room. Heat, clock, and fridge were unplugged. Was questioned as to why I turned the heat on in the room. Advertises breakfast/ snack Cafe on premises not operational. No restaurants or stores nearby. Room was clean and spacious and quiet. Bed was comfortable and clean.”

“Clean, tons of parking, and really friendly people! One note is that the shower is a bit small which was fine for me but if you are a taller or bigger person you could have some trouble.”
