“The staff were so nice and the cabana was clean and roomy. The only thing to watch out for are the bugs that get inside, but that’s just because of the location and completely understandable. Also, dining options are about a 20 min drive, again due to its location. But just keep that in mind when planning your visit.”

“Nice place. Clean and comfortable. Nice deck to sit on with views of the south san juan and sangre de cristo range. Leaves at peak so enhanced the awesome views. “This property has a beautiful view of the mountains and is located in very peaceful area. We were able to have a very enjoyable weekend, visiting the Great Sand Dunes and Zapata Falls. “If you are searching for peace and tranquility, I highly recommend this Unique and Marvelous Hideaway. I don't have the words to describe how incredible it was. The house was a delightful, rustic, hodge-podge of a funky little shack and we loved it!!! The views were f*cking amazing! It was like you could touch the stars.
