“Overall very pleased with the ease of checking in and finding our cottage. For a place right on the beach I expected it to be a bit stuffy but everything was easygoing and inviting. The property happens to have an entire population of eastern cottontail rabbits that add to the relaxed rustic vibe. “We’ve stayed at this hotel before and had a good enough experience, which is why we decided to come back this past weekend. Unfortunately, this stay was very different, and it seems like the property may now be under different management or staff. My room was decent overall, but the bathroom was not as clean as I would expect. “Questo hotel fa parte di una catena di resort di buon livello nella zona e l’accesso ad uno ti permette di accedere a tutti gli altri e usufruire di tutte le attività e servizi. La camera era grande. L’arredamento è un po’ vecchio ma tutto confortevole. Il personale di servizio molto gentile ed il resort nel complesso molto carino. ”

“Access to the beach is the best part of this motel. See photos. Takes about 90 seconds to get there. It is an average spot for people who intend to be out all day enjoying Yarmouth beaches, which are gorgeous! Plenty of ice machines for your cooler before you head to your spot on the sand. The motel was clean, quiet, and reasonably priced for a few days in August on the Cape. Nice people run it and are very helpful.”

“We booked the renewed room, and was really nice, clean, cozy and with a breathtaking view!! I suggest to book these rooms for a nice holiday. I would suggest, though, a little improvement in the breakfast that was not at the same level. ”
