“Housekeeping starting entering our room at 9:40am and checkout is 12. They entered our room 3 times before 10:45am.”

“Very Un friendly to my dog who is a service dog. The add said pets stay free and he charged me $25. He asked to see papers that my dog is a service dog which BTW according to the American disabilities act is illegal to do. He was afraid of my dog as well. After that it was down hill. Breakfast was limited and not ready at 8 am. Seemed like a one person show. Don't stay here if you have pets. Like to get my $25 back.”
