“I go to Altoona several times a year to attend Altoona Curve baseball games. My first time trying the Altoona Grand was a great experience. The hotel is clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The on site restaurant and bar was a nice touch as well. We enjoyed some good food and drinks after the game. The staff were all friendly and willing to help. I will be sure to book again the next time I go back to Altoona. ”

“We had a wonderful stay at Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Altoona while returning our daughter to Penn State for the fall. The staff was warm and welcoming, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was very convenient. It was the perfect stop to make our trip smooth and enjoyable. We’ll definitely stay here again!”

“From how we were greeted (friendly, helpful!) to the nice, clean quiet room (5th floor!) - our stay for 2 nights was great. The free breakfast was nice - different options on the 2 mornings we used it. There is a nice looking fitness center and an indoor pool. (we are old and did not use either of these :-) )”

“Our only issue is we had some younger people next door in 303 who were very loud and wanting to party all night but we called the front desk and it was pretty much addressed right away. Thank you. ”

“The rooms here are comfortable and clean. The bathroom decor is kind of 1950's or 60's, but clean and of reasonable size. I appreciated the presence of a minifrig and microwave in the room. I would consider this as a lodging possibility for future visits to this area.”
