“Rooms were not ready at midnight for an entire group of PSU football fans. They let USC team check out at 6pm (took the $$$ for that) and then did not turn the rooms around in time for its customers. I waited until 1am for my room. I gave feedback to the company and they said oops, sorry, we’ll train people. They offered nothing for our troubles. Imagine showing up at midnight after a full day and waiting an hour for your room you overpaid for to begin with.”

“Rooms were clean and neat.”

“Shower curtain smelled extremely sour & mildewed , no toilet paper. Front desk clerk”

“Staff were amazing, furniture is a bit dated. Not close to anything so bring all your needs.”

“The rooms here are comfortable and clean. The bathroom decor is kind of 1950's or 60's, but clean and of reasonable size. I appreciated the presence of a minifrig and microwave in the room. I would consider this as a lodging possibility for future visits to this area.”

“Staff is friendly and property is clean.”

“Motel tranquillo senza grosse pretese ma perfetto per fermarsi una notte”

“Staff was very friendly. Rooms were very clean. Hotel was very clean. Hospitality was great. Staff made popcorn and cookies for guests in the lobby. Everything was great. DEFINATLY will stay there again.”

“Spacious, quiet and clean room, easy access to highway, hot shower and a budget-minded rate. Best HI I’ve visited in a while.”

“When I arrived, the office was closed and I was unable to check in. I had to find another hotel for the night. There was nobody at Expedia to assist me. I tried the virtual assistant messaging and it was just ended in an endless loop. Overall a horrible experience.”

“Great place. Clean and quiet. Gave 4 stars because the room was hot. I turned the AC down but the thermostat kept reading 74°. Too hot for me and sleeping!”
