Cerca hotel in Contea di Burleigh

“I have always stayed at this hotel when I visited Bismarck and never have encountered the treatment of myself and my children from anyone in the hotel industry and we travel everywhere! I understand there are hotel policies especially when it comes to the Pool area with the slides, etc. but the way the Manager talked to us and treated us was horrible as if we were supposed to automatically know the hotel polices and accept the way we were talked down on and demeaned. I never had any encounters...

“Breakfast was best part of visit. Room was too cramped for two people.”

“Great pool area and breakfast!”

“The room was filthy. No hot water in the morning for showering. They didn’t have a real person working. It was literally someone on a computer.”

“Rooms are always clean and a great friendly staff”

“This property is an older property. It was clean and well maintained. The staff was helpful and friendly. The continental breakfast was the best I've ever had. They had a cook in the kitchen who made eggs to order with hashbrowns, bacon or sausage. It was the best continental breakfast on our 6 day trip.”

“Chocolate chip cookies at the check in desk.”

“The hot tub wasn’t working and the bathtub was dirty on the bottom. The ceiling over the green slide looks like it might come down. The seats in the breakfast room are so wore down that the fabric under vinyl is exposed. I’m not staying here again until things get updated.”

“Very nice suite with a separate bedroom. Full kitchen”
