“Rooms were clean but A/C didn't work in my room. It was 75*+ in my room and with the room facing the atrium, I couldn't get any fresh air in the room. They did give me a box fan. Also, their swimming pool chemicals were NOT good. I had a small cut on my finger that turned into a bad infection and I had to go the Urgent Care while on vacation. The best part was the open space in the atrium where my grandaughter could run and we could play together when there was snow outside. She also loved...

“cable was out (no fault of property - ice storm & someone hit the box), pool heater was out & hot tub was extremely hot you couldn’t put a foot into hot tub (ugh!) so a very quiet night- good bed & good rest. ”

“We were assigned a room with a roll in shower designed for the disabled and it was difficult to use for the able bodied. The shower apparently hadn't been used in awhile and had an unpleasant smell until water was run down the drain. Also, there were no shelves or counters in the bathroom to place items and soap was limited to one small bar. Other than that , the room and motel was very clean and the bed and pillows comfortable.”

“Hotel rinnovato .... male! Le camere sembrano belle ma in realtà sono state semplicemente rinfrescate. Le pareti sono molto sottili e anche muoversi fa vibrare tutto. In corridoio cadono calcinacci dal soffitto.... abbiamo chiamato la persona che era in reception che è salito con noi a verificare. Ha rilevato la cosa ma non ha fatto assolutamente nulla. Sinceramente non abbiamo dormito sonni tranquilli per la paura che potesse crollare qualcosa... oltretutto la pulizia lascia molto a desiderare....

“Our room smelled like musty cigarettes - to the point where not just our clothes smelled like it, but all of our belongings. The bathtub hadn't been cleaned in weeks. We had to call the front desk the first morning because we tried to take a shower and the drain was plugged with hair and other garbage. Maintenance did come up quickly to fix it. Parking was terrible. No elevator to the second floor. I would not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel. ”
