“When we checked in they gave us a room that was very outdated. The pipes from the sink was leaking and I slipped when I went into the washroom. They did accomadate us”

“I’ll start off by saying everything was faultless. Being newish it’s in pristine condition. The room was lovely with excellent toiletries in the bathroom. There was a microwave, kettle, juicer and jug. The pools area was superb. Loads of great places to relax by the 4 pools. Nice veranda bar with good food. There was also a small morning cafe serving basic breakfasts and hot & cold drinks. The reception area is stunning. The rooms are in 4 blocks immediately adjacent to the reception area....

“Bella struttura in posizione strategica per visitare Naples e con un comodo parcheggio gratuito. Ottima accoglienza da parte di tutto lo staff che ha reso davvero piacevole il nostro soggiorno. Bellissimo il bar/ristorante con vista sulla baia dove siamo stati accolti con un cocktail di benvenuto e abbiamo gustato un'ottima cena al tramonto oltre ad una buona colazione il mattino seguente.”

“The property is on the expensive side and the room conditions did not reflect the price. The hotels rooms could use updating and amenities to reflect the cost. The maintenance staff on the property worked tirelessly to ensure the property and beach looked nice. There was considerable effort that business/corporate events went well at the expense of paying guests. ”

“Exceptional experience. As you walk in the room, you are awestruck by a wall of blue ocean framed by a beautiful interior. The turn down experience was incredible, chocolates, sleep masks, slippers, and more. The massage at the spa was pricey, but one of the best quality massages I’ve ever experienced. The spa itself is a nice space as well, with a hot tub, cold plunge and other features that are elevated.”
