From when we pulled in and had to call for 10 minutes before the lady came from sleeping I guess in her "neices" room, to her jumping over the counter and then behind the plexiglass, ( she doesnt have a key), to no toilet paper in the room and can't get back a hold of anyone to get any. If you have any back issues, this is a hard pass. The room is in much need of updating, as there are no USB outlets or many accessible plugs.”
