We got into elevator and the door had graffiti and paint was half peeled off. Got off on our floor and it was very warm in the hallway. Room looked nice as we entered. Bathroom looked clean, but it had hair everywhere. Looked like they may have mopped quickly leaving the hair. Tub had hair in it. At that point it makes you think how clean everything else is.
