“Window left open without a screen, room full of bugs, fridge doesn’t work, no vents/fan in bathroom, covers worn, no chair so can’t finish work with any sense of comfort, buttons in elevator not lighting up, fire extinguisher out of date in hall outside our room which I checked because of the faulty wiring in the room, chargers would go on and off”
