“This Springhill suites was not up to our expectations based on our experiences with other Springhill suites in the past. The conditions were rundown, and the bathrooms were not clean. We had to use our own Clorox wipes to disinfect. We saw two cockroaches in one room. The pool was murky, and we were unable to swim in it. We do appreciate the working luggage transporter to move our luggage upstairs.”

The bathroom was dirty and had an unpleasant smell. The whole room smelled like cigarette smoke. The only positive thing was the air conditioning worked well and the front desk staff were very kind and professional. But overall, cleanliness was unacceptable. “Terrible checkin. They have an automated kiosk. The people that you talk to digitally on the kiosk speak very poor english and are hard to understand. There is no one at the counter for check in or out. Have no ideas what you would do if you actually needed a person to help with anything. I never saw an emplyee at the property the whole time we were there. Breakfast was almost non existent. I do not recommend staying here”
