“Hotel staff was excellent. Manager was helpful and very responsive. Rooms were clean and comfortable-though TV could have been bigger, they were small. Was nice to have a breakfast buffet-though it could have offered more options. Water park was amazing-kids loved it. Very family friendly. Please note-they offer family rooms with bunk beds, the bunk beds are for small children-they only rate to 50 pounds.”

“Staff was great, room was nice. The problem we had was with whoever was in the room above of Friday night. But I don't hold that against the hotel or staff. I would definitely stay here again but not in the same room. It was across from the elevator strike one, it was supposed to be handicap acceptable but had a tub instead of a walk in shower which caused problems strike two. “It was very humid outside and the hotel kept the main air conditioner on 77. Hallways were horrible and humidity floated into rooms and a/c in rooms could not cool rooms. We found old food on the floor and room was very dusty. I have stayed here years passed and liked it. Too bad. I will never stay here again. Breakfast also appeared to have really gone down hill.”

“5 star hotel, downtown Grand Forks, located near the late night adult entertainment. Walking distance to establishments, no worries of getting a DD or having to drive. Excellent Hotel, very clean and my first time. Was rather impressed. I didnt know this Hotel was there. Would stay again im the future, no regrets.”
