“Non ho avuto modo di soggiornare in questo hotel in quanto durante il nostro roadtrip ci siamo imbattuti in un evento piovoso che non ci ha consentito di arrivare a destinazione nei tempi che avevamo previsto. Nonostante questo, e nonostante avessimo la cancellazione gratuita fino a 24 ore prima, l’hotel è stato super comprensivo e ci ha reso l’importo della camera nonostante il nostro no show. Grazie per la correttezza e la disponibilità! ”

“There was some confusion when I checked in about the breakfast I paid for through Expedia, but it was figured out. The staff was friendly. Breakfast choices were above average and not some make your own waffle experience. Everything was clean, although they forgot to empty out the fridge in my room, but that’s not a big issue. My biggest complaint is paid parking for a hotel in Bakersfield that isn’t even close to whatever “downtown” Bakersfield is. That is a $10 joke for a property like this....

“HELLO, FIRE ALARM WAS TRIGGERED 5 TIMES AT MIDNIGHT WHILE SLEEPING. NO SMOKE DETECTES, TRIED CALLING FRONT DESK NO ONE ANSWERED. ALARM KEPT GOING OFF AND ON FOR ALMOST 30 MINUTES COULD NOT SLEEP. ALARM FINALYY TURNED OFF. COULD NOT CONTACT ANY ONE AT FRONT DESK FOR A PAIR OF TOWELS. THE NIGHT CREW IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR CALLS IN EVENING. OBSERVED A SMALL ROACH CRAWLING IN BATHROOM WHILE SHOWERING EARLY MORNING.TOOK CARE OF ISSUE.”

“This was an amazing stay. Very friendly staff , thank you so much to Amanda for the awesome hospitality and customer service . She definitely cares about guests . My room was super clean , bathroom was perfect and can’t complaint about cleanliness . Housekeeping is doing such a great job . WiFi worked great, free parking and I felt welcomed . Price was very affordable, Super recommended . Thank you so much Guys .”

“Ho soggiornato solo una notte come tappa intermedia da Los Angeles a San Francisco. L'hotel non è centrale per cui occorre un'auto, ma c'è un parcheggio gratuito di pertinenza dell' hotel. La camera è spaziosa e pulita, il deposito è elevato,150 dollari, maggiore degli altri alberghi in cui ho soggiornato in California. La colazione abbondante ed abbastanza varia, ma le posate sono in plastica e si piegano facilmente. Nel complesso lo consiglio.”
