“Everything was great except one thing- a mat that was outside the side door was a safety hazard . It was made of very thick rubber and one end was curled up – I did not see that and tripped and fell really hard. I ended up in the ER – had to get an arm brace and meds. That was a week ago and it is still very painful. Going to my local doctor today.”

“We were excited to find a very reasonably priced place to stay for a spontaneous trip to Lake of the Woods. When we arrived, there was a very strong musty smell that burned my nose and throat. It seemed like the building had some rotting or mold issues that were covered up by a fresh coat of paint. I messaged the owners to let them know we couldn’t stay there because of the fumes- especially since we had an infant with us, and received no reply. “My husband and I stayed here for a short ice fishing trip at the end of February. The property was so cozy and the beds were comfortable. It felt like home away from home. We will definitely be staying here again when we return next year!”

“Easy to find, a cute cabin deep in the woods. Big windows almost makes you feel like your camping. All wood inside with big timbers gives the feeling of you’re living back in the 1800’s. The weather was cold so the fire place came in handy.There was no oven which was a little surprising but there was adequate electric appliances to cook what we had.The owners were really easy to work and answered all of our questions.Would highly recommend it!!”
