“Toilet was stuffed up and not working. No one available to fix it. Requested room change. The furniture requires maintenance and cleaning. Air conditioning was not working well and was blowing some warm air. The room sheets were dirty full of hair and needed to be cleaned. The hot tub was not working properly and pool water not clean. The property is not well maintained or properly managed. Do not recommend staying at this hotel. ”

“The condo was clean and had a great view . Kitchen pretty much had everything you would need . And coffee for a whole pot ! Lots of bathroom towels and toiletries if needed . Would stay again . Ruidoso was a nice town ”

“Terrible didn’t send me the door code until a few min before midnight. And still tried to blame it on me just so they wouldn’t give me a refund. I am beyond upset ruined all my plan and my food that I was suppose to make getting there. Regret renting this cabin not for 200 for a couple of hours ”

“Second night there …..we didn’t have hot water to take a shower. They didn’t know when it would be fix. So we had to load everything up and more to another room that night! I guess they don’t give you fresh towels every night like they use to!!”

“Great place to stay. Reception was fantastic, owner/manager was very pleasant and the desk agent couldn't be any nicer! Only drawback was the pillows, being on the smallest than normal size. Would definitely rebook here next time I'm out this way.”
